    It is important that you can be fully relaxed and concentrated on the image. If you need to be on your own to do so, then that is what you should do. If you can have such concentration and relaxation next to a partner, you can watch it together.

  • q-iconAre there any contraindications?

    Our meditation technique is developed for persons with an adequate psychological and emotional state. As a measure of safety we strongly advise select categories of people (listed below) against using this method. Use of our product by the representatives of these categories may bring about hazardous consequences for which we bear no responsibility.

    1. People with Photosensitive epilepsy.

    2. People with major depressive disorder (MDD) (also known as recurrent depressive disorder, clinical depression, major depression, unipolar depression, or unipolar disorder).

    3. Everyone who is younger than 18 years.

    4. Any serious mental diseases and disorders. Like schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders.

    5. People with a suicidal disorder.

Technical Questions

  • q-iconI can see the video, but the quality is low. What shall I do?

    Most likely you have a slower Internet connection. If you cannot use a high-speed connection, do not use full-screen mode. Open the video in the window and using the zoom function in your browser, choose for yourself the best combination of size and video quality.

  • q-iconWill I receive the effect if I watch it without sound?

    Maximum effect is achieved when portions of the brain responsible for sound and image are involved.

  • q-iconYesterday the quality of the video was good, but today it is worse, stalling and stuttering.

    Video quality automatically adjusts to the Internet connection speed. The problem is most likely in the overload of your internet channel. Perhaps, one of your family members is watching a video online, downloading something from the Internet or using Skype for video calling at the same time as you are trying to watch our video – this may affect the speed of your Internet preventing you from viewing the video on our website in good quality.

    You need a high-speed Internet connection with sufficient bandwidth (of at least 2 1 Mb/s or higher) for the smoothest playback experience.
    If you’re not sure what your downstream bandwidth is, you can test your connection for free! Simply search for “bandwidth test” online to find many of the most popular bandwidth test sites.

    If you cannot hear audio from videos, please try the following steps:

    Check to see if you can hear audio from other computer programs, such as Windows Media Player or QuickTime or VLC.
